The ministry of defence of Russia issued a bulletin on the situation in the de-escalation zones in Syria. According to the document, the Russian representatives fixed 4 violations of the Joint Agreement in the provinces of Damascus and Homs. The Turkish side reported no ceasefire violations.
It is underlined that most cases of unselective firing from small arms had been fixed in the areas controlled by the ISIS and Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist groups.
The Russian Reconciliation Centre held two humanitarian actions. The population of Khazaza in the province of Aleppo and Khaldiyah in Hama received about 5 tons of food supplies. Medical care had been provided to 308 civilians.
Three ceasefire agreements had been signed with the representatives of Kafr Mus and Fulayfil (Idlib province) and Tasnin (Homs province).
