Russia and U.S. to "reset 2.0"
The Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov said it is time for a "reset 2.0" in relations with the U.S. and accused the White House administration of their destructive position .
"It is absolutely in our interests to restore the ties but we didn't wreck them," told Lavrov in an interview to Russia's Channel Five. "The current US administration is today wrecking much of the co-operation structures that it created itself along with us. Most likely, something more will come up - a reset No 2 or a reset 2.0," said Lavrov.
In his own speech to the UN General Assembly on Sunday, Mr Lavrov strongly criricized U.S. for its unilateral approach in foreign policy.
